        TERMS OF AGREEMENT

        Once the banner is in place on your web page, please Email us with "Exchange Banner" in the subject, the information that you want on your banner, (color of the background you prefer [color code, if you have it]) and the following five (5) pieces of information:

        • Full, real name.
        • Complete home address (no post office boxes, please)-street, city, state, zip and country.
        • Telephone number-work and home.
        • URL address where you are placing our banner.
        • A two-line description of your page.

        We keep very accurate records and these are our private files. They will not be given out to anyone, no exceptions.

        • Please have all the information complete in your first Email to us. Your banner will not go up until the information is received.
        • You must understand that, in spite of a one-to-one deal that you won't get anywhere else, at least not yet, we intend to maintain a high quality program and will not tolerate abuse. We will accept only those web pages that can be safely visited by anyone, including children. Owners of adult related sites, dating sites, pornography, profanity, hate related subjects, prejudism or anything of that nature not even need apply.
